Post Title: Executive Administrator

Location: Stone Mountain, Georgia

Position: Full Time - 50% Virtual, 50% In Person


Job Summary 


The Executive Administrator is responsible for setting the stage for maximum productivity here at LWES through organization and coordination of tasks. The position’s purpose is to implement a system of support for future projects and events throughout the company. This is a self managed position with the ability to work in the office and remotely.


Responsibilities

  • Researching, scheduling and organising of internal/external meetings and events

  • Coordinating travel plans and accomodations 

  • Invoice and expenses management 

  • Purchases and maintains inventory of supplies for office

  • Assists/Responsible for other departmental duties as needed

  • Provide point of contact for customers, clients and partners

Basic Qualifications 

  • Two (2) year college degree, or an equivalent of education plus experience in an office environment 

Necessary Skills & Expertise 

  • Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills including: 
     - Microsoft Office packages
     - Adobe
     - Mailchimp
     - Slack
  • Ability to work independently
  • Outstandingly fluent oral and written communication of both good and bad matters across teams and with a variety of people inside and outside the organization
  • Excellent personal organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines 
  • Flexible mindset that accompanies a startup company
