Post Title: Executive Administrator

Position: Full Time - 50% Virtual, 50% In Person
Job Summary
The Executive Administrator is responsible for setting the stage for maximum productivity here at LWES through organization and coordination of tasks. The position’s purpose is to implement a system of support for future projects and events throughout the company. This is a self managed position with the ability to work in the office and remotely.
Responsibilities
Researching, scheduling and organising of internal/external meetings and events
Coordinating travel plans and accomodations
Invoice and expenses management
Purchases and maintains inventory of supplies for office
Assists/Responsible for other departmental duties as needed
Provide point of contact for customers, clients and partners
Basic Qualifications
Two (2) year college degree, or an equivalent of education plus experience in an office environment
Necessary Skills & Expertise

Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills including:
- Microsoft Office packages
- Adobe
- Mailchimp
- Slack - Ability to work independently
- Outstandingly fluent oral and written communication of both good and bad matters across teams and with a variety of people inside and outside the organization
- Excellent personal organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
